Brenda Weiss
MS Registered Interior Designer

Brenda Weiss is registered interior designer, holding a Bachelor Degree in interior design from Florida International University. She is licensed by the Board of Architecture of the State of Florida and has over twenty years of experience in all facets of design, from the construction phase through the completion of finishes and furniture.

Brenda has worked extensively with both the builder and the client, designing and selecting materials, developing budgets, writing specifications, obtaining competitive bids for review, developing concept drawings, and reviewing vendor shop drawings, as well as project oversight.

Her keen eye for aesthetics and her technical abilities allow Brenda to integrate beauty with function, thereby ensuring that the design intent will be well developed in actuality. Brenda works creatively within any style which a client desires, and assists them in interpreting their concept and tastes into a well balanced space which meets their needs on every level. She seeks to work within a client’s given budget, and uses her techniques in product and style to produce well heeled designs within budget. Brenda has extensive product knowledge, which is a great benefit to her clients and builders.

Brenda is a professional member of ASID, the American Society of Interior Design and IIDA, the International Interior Design Association. She holds provisional status with the IACC, the International Academy of Color Consultants, as a color consultant, and is CAPS Certified as an Aging in Place Specialist through the National Home Builders Association. Brenda is NCIDQ Certified, having met all requirements of the National Council for Interior Design Qualification.
